There is no contact form on this site, and no field anywhere that asks you to type something. Email is the only channel, and it goes to a mailbox read by people working for the publisher.
Please put a few words in the subject line describing what the message is about. If your message concerns personal information — an access request, a correction, or a privacy complaint — write Privacy request in the subject, which routes it correctly. The Privacy Policy explains what happens next and the time frame for a reply.

What we can help with
Corrections to the course. If a step is out of date, contradicts a source it links, or contains an error, tell us which page and which sentence, and we will check it against the source and fix the page.
Questions about how the site is funded, who publishes it, or how your information is handled. Those are answered directly.
Requests to reuse a checklist in a classroom, a library or a community group. Ask, and say briefly what for.
What we cannot help with
Technical support for any game. We do not operate any game, cannot see your account, and cannot act on anyone else's servers. A problem with a game belongs with that game's own support channel, which is the only place it can be resolved.
Account recovery, refunds, purchases, bans or disputes with a publisher. The same applies: we are not a party to your relationship with any vendor.
Individual advice about what to buy, what to install, or whether a particular game suits a particular person. The course is written to help you make those decisions yourself, and that is as far as it goes.
Anything requiring professional advice — legal, financial, medical or security. Step 5 points to the Australian bodies that handle specific categories of problem, and a general practitioner is the ordinary first door for health concerns.
Response times
Messages are read on business days and usually answered within a few of them. Privacy requests and privacy complaints are answered within 30 days of receipt, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
We do not run a mailing list and will not add your address to one. Your message and your address are kept only for as long as the Privacy Policy states, and are used only to reply to you.
